Job summary

PwC Malaysia is seeking a Senior Associate in Learning & Development within Internal Firm Services. The role focuses on evaluating learning impact, administering assessments, and aligning training with business strategy to support employee growth.

You will design and implement L&D solutions for the Tax team, collaborating with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and learning culture across the firm.

Qualifications

• Degree in L&D, psychology, business, accounting or taxation.
• At least 5 years in relevant roles; tax or L&D exp preferred.
• Experience with digital learning platforms and Gen AI advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to lead multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to identify skills gaps and learning needs.
• Implement L&D initiatives and evaluate learning solutions.
• Design programmes using action learning, self-directed and digital/blended learning.
• Partner with internal/external providers to deliver bespoke learning solutions.
• Deliver and facilitate learning sessions for the Tax team.
