Job summary

BingX Malaysia is seeking a seasoned business development professional to lead CFD growth, establish and manage local IBs and strategic partners, and drive client acquisition aligned with regional and HQ strategies.

You will translate market insights into regional plans, monitor trends, and push growth against KPIs while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the BingX network.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in CFD, Forex, or multi-asset brokerage.
• Strong local market knowledge and client acquisition experience.
• Native-level proficiency in the local language with English for HQ communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead CFD business development in the assigned country/region by executing local sales strategies to drive growth and hit sales targets.
• Identify, acquire, and develop local IBs, Master IBs, agents, and strategic partners; activate their networks to drive client acquisition, funded trading, and long-term high-value partnerships.
• Provide localised business recommendations based on market conditions, client behavior, and competitive landscape, in close collaboration with HQ and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor local market dynamics and industry trends to inform regional strategy and incentive mechanisms.
• Drive Net Deposit, Trading Volume, Revenue, and client retention against KPIs.
