Job summary

You will leverage your understanding of our categories and brands to grow customer portfolios and develop promotional pricing structures aligned with customer needs.

You will coordinate across Mondelēz functions, manage pricing within Gross to Net, drive category partnerships, and monitor market developments to sustain growth across markets.

• Delivery of results in diverse markets with varying maturity.
• Strong category management capabilities.

• Proven negotiation skills and dealmaking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the commercial plan to strengthen Mondelēz’s position with assigned customers.
• Coordinate between the customer and Mondelēz internal functions.
• Maintain and develop growth plans focusing on portfolio, listings, and promotions.
• Build and develop category partnerships with key accounts.
• Manage pricing within Gross to Net framework and forecast accuracy with supply chain.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to plan and execute in-store visibility and promotions.
• Monitor market and competitor developments and adjust strategies.
