Job summary

MVC Resources is seeking a Senior Key Account Executive (Packaging) to manage day-to-day B2B accounts and coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain across the customer lifecycle—from RFQ and NPI through mass production and delivery.

You will lead cross-functional meetings, support BD in cross-selling, and ensure timely responses to client needs while maintaining high satisfaction and growing existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years in B2B customer account management or related roles.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Electronics, EMS, Semiconductor, Datacom or Industrial Packaging preferred.
• Able to read technical customer drawings; familiarity with protective packaging materials is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools; strong cross-functional problem solving and escalation handling.
• English fluency required; Mandarin desirable for regional transfer projects.

Responsibilities

• Customer Account Management: primary operational contact for assigned B2B accounts and maintain high client satisfaction.
• NPI & Project Coordination: coordinate new product qualification, sample submissions, testing, and ECN/PCN with Engineering and BD.
• Mass Production & Order Execution: track demand forecasts, monitor production/delivery schedules, and manage recovery plans for delays or shortages.
• Quality & Issue Resolution: facilitate customer complaint investigations with Quality; ensure corrective actions (8D/CAPA) are implemented.
• Business Development Support: partner with BD to identify cross-selling opportunities and monitor competitor activity.
• Cross-Functional Escalation: lead daily cross-functional meetings and maintain project/RFQ tracking for management review.
