Job summary

MVC Resources is seeking an Account Executive in Penang, Malaysia to manage day-to-day B2B accounts and lead cross-functional collaboration from RFQ and NPI through mass production, delivery, and growth.

You will bridge between industrial clients and internal Engineering, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain teams, with emphasis on maintaining long-term partnerships. English fluency is essential; Mandarin is a strong asset for regional projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in B2B customer account management or program management.
• Experience in manufacturing/electronics/EMS preferred.
• Fluent English; Mandarin desirable for regional transfers.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day B2B accounts and coordinate across functions.
• Lead RFQ through NPI to mass production and delivery.
• Coordinate new product qualification, samples, testing, and ECN/PCN.
• Track forecasts, production schedules, and delivery recovery plans.
• Manage customer escalations with Quality and BD teams.
• Support business development to identify cross-selling opportunities.
