Messrs. Leong & Co. in Malaysia is urgently seeking a Senior/Junior Conveyancing lawyer with at least 2 years of experience to join the team. The successful candidate will handle conveyancing matters such as sub-sale, refinancing, and perfection with minimal supervision.

Candidates with strong soft skills and tactful interaction with property agents and bankers are highly desirable. The firm promotes meritocracy and offers attractive remuneration for deserving staff.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of conveyancing experience.
• Ability to run files independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and tact in dealing with property agents and bankers.

• Manage conveyancing files including sub-sale, refinancing, perfection, and related matters.
• Work with property agents and bankers with minimal supervision.
• Provide timely guidance and advice to clients and internal stakeholders.

Candidates are expected to run the conveyancing files including but not limited to sub-sale, refinancing, perfection and other miscellaneous matters independently with minimum supervision.

Candidates with good soft skills and tactful in dealing with property agents and bankers are highly desirable.
