SOON LIP CHEE & ASSOCIATES in Butterworth is seeking a Conveyancing Lawyer who aims to build a sustainable practice and explore partnership opportunities. You will manage a broad range of conveyancing matters from sub-sales to developer projects.

The role requires at least 3 years of conveyancing experience, the ability to work independently, and strong drafting, reviewing, and vetting skills, with regular liaison to clients, developers, and banks in the region.

• Manage probate, Letters of Administration (LA), and small estates matters.
• Liaise with clients, developers, bankers, and relevant authorities.
• Handle share sale transactions and shareholder-related matters.
