Private Advertiser is seeking a qualified legal assistant to support sub-sale and conveyancing projects. The role involves preparing and attending to legal documents from initial stage to completion, including loan documentation, perfection of charge and transfer.

You will liaise with bankers and government authorities with minimal supervision and monitor client file progress on our system. The ideal candidate should have strong independence, attention to detail, and experience in project

Qualifikationen

• Preferably 8 years experiences and above.
• Able to work independently from A-Z.
• Assist in preparing and attending to legal documents relating to sub-sale, project conveyancing and loan documentation from the initial stage till the completion stage.
• Able to liaise with bankers and relevant authorities in government departments with minimal supervision.
• Monitor the progress of clients' files, to maintain and update file status on our operation system.
• To handle legal documentations including perfection of charge, perfection of transfer and other conveyancing matters.
