Job summary

Ong Law Chambers in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Conveyancing Lawyer with at least two years of conveyancing experience to join our team. You will handle sale and purchase transactions, loan documentation, and related matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The role requires the ability to manage conveyancing files from start to finish, handle multiple files efficiently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with clients, bankers, and agents.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with at least two (2) years experience in conveyancing practice.

Responsibilities

• Experience in handling sale and purchase transactions, loan documentation and related conveyancing matters.
• Familiar with the subsale , project procedures and requirements of relevant government authorities, land offices, and financial institutions.
• Able to manage conveyancing files from commencement to completion.
• Able to handle and manage multiple files efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with clients, bankers, agents
• Detail-oriented, responsible, patient, and committed to delivering quality work.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
