Job summary

HR Pro Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Clerk in Puchong to join our growing legal team. This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality conveyancing services to a diverse client base.

You will prepare and manage a portfolio of transactions, liaise with clients and third parties, conduct searches, draft documents, and coordinate with internal teams to complete deals. Excellent language and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of conveyancing experience required.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient with sub-sale and loan documents.
• Solid knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage conveyancing transactions incl. sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents and others to ensure smooth conveyancing.
• Conduct property searches and due diligence to identify issues.
• Draft and review contracts, transfers and leases.
• Coordinate with finance and admin teams to complete transactions.
• Guide and supervise junior team members and monitor their work.
• Maintain detailed records and ensure regulatory compliance.

What you'll be doing?

• Preparing and managing a varied portfolio of conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents and other third parties to ensure a smooth conveyancing process
• Conducting property searches and due diligence to identify any issues or requirements
• Drafting and reviewing legal documentation such as contracts, transfers and leases
• Coordinating with the firm's finance and administrative teams to complete transactions
• Providing guidance and support to more junior members of the conveyancing team including monitoring their work
• Maintaining detailed records and ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatoryrequirements

What we're looking for

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia and other language proficiency is a plus
• Minimum 2-5years of experience in conveyancing practice
• Proficient in handling sub-sale and loan documentation independently
• Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
