Job summary
Hong&Fong Advocates&Solicitors is seeking a Conveyancing Lawyer with a solid grounding in property, land and contract law. You will handle sub-sale conveyancing, monitor file progress, attend client signings, and liaise with banks, developers and land offices.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and at least two years of practice, can work independently, and is willing to explore different areas of law while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
Qualifications
- LLB degree with 2+ years of practice in conveyancing and related matters.
- Knowledge of property, land, and contract law and related SOPs.
Responsibilities
- Handle and monitor related projects and sub-sale conveyancing and loan matters.
- Advise on bank requirements for loan execution and SOPs for sub-sale transactions.
- Attend client signings and liaise with clients, banks, developers and land office.
- Monitor progress of files and update status on our system.
- Ensure all transactions follow property laws and regulations.
- Work independently with minimal supervision from Partners.
