• Proficiency with ATS, CRM tools, and premium sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in a commission-driven environment.

In this role, you will act as a strategic talent partner for multiple client companies, ranging from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 enterprises. You will be responsible for managing a high volume of technical requisitions, sourcing hard-to-find tech talent, and delivering top-tier candidates ahead of market competitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Partner closely with client hiring managers and account managers to thoroughly understand their technical environments, team cultures, and specific hiring needs.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple external clients simultaneously, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Aggressive Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, X-ray searching, GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn Recruiter) to identify and engage passive technical talent.
• Rigorous Screening: Conduct thorough technical screenings to evaluate candidates' coding capabilities, infrastructure knowledge, architecture skills, and cultural alignment with diverse client requirements.
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust, continuously engaged pipeline of niche technical professionals (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Specialists, Cloud Architects).
• Offer & Negotiation: Facilitate interview scheduling, deliver client feedback, and skillfully manage salary negotiations, counter-offers, and closures.
• Metrics & Deliverables: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly agency targets, including submittal-to-interview ratios, time-to-hire, and successful placements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years of experience working as a Technical Recruiter specifically within a staffing agency or recruitment consultancy environment. Min 2years managing Malaysia or Singapore regions.

• Sourcing Mastery: Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing niche, passive technical candidates under tight deadlines.
• Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and premium sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a resilient mindset capable of thriving in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
