Job summary

Horizontal Talent is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with a focus on contract staffing to join our recruitment team in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, and onboarding for technical roles across IT, Engineering, Digital, SAP, Data, and Cloud.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of recruitment experience, strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of the Malaysian market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within technical/IT recruitment.
• Strong and proven experience in Contract Staffing / Contract Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience recruiting technical professionals across multiple skill sets.
• Strong understanding of the Malaysian recruitment market.
• Malaysian citizen only.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
• Handle technical recruitment across IT, Engineering, Digital, SAP, Data, Cloud and other technology roles.
• Specialise in contract staffing and contingent workforce recruitment.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals and other channels.
• Screen and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience and client requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
• Work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand hiring requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate feedback and drive the recruitment process to closure.
• Negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations through the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the ATS/CRM.
• Consistently achieve individual recruitment KPIs, submission and placement targets.
