Job summary

Niterra in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia, is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide daily helpdesk support for computers, printers, and office equipment, and to install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software for users.

You will manage IT assets, monitor networks, assist with projects, backups, and cybersecurity, and keep records of support activities in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, CS, network engineering, electronics engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer hardware, networking, and IT troubleshooting.
• Experience in desktop support or manufacturing IT is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
