Job summary

Familiarity with OPERA PMS, POS, PABX, Office 365.
Fluent in English; Chinese a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day operational IT support for hotel systems such as OPERA PMS, POS, and PABX.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and escalate system issues across departments.
Assist in user account administration, access rights, and system security.
Perform network support including VLANs, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, structured cabling.
Participate in preventive maintenance, asset inventories, patches, backups, and antivirus control.
Support system enhancement projects under the Director of IT.
Deliver guest tech support and effective communication across departments.
