Job summary

Shangri-La Rasa Ria, Kota Kinabalu seeks an Assistant Outlet Manager for its F&B Service Division. You will oversee daily operations of the assigned outlet, lead the team, ensure guest service excellence and product quality, and uphold Shangri-La standards.

With 2-3 years in F&B, preferably in a 5-star hotel, you will manage staff rosters, control costs, upsell, and train the team while maintaining food safety and SOP compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years in F&B operations, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
• Good leadership and able to manage the restaurant independently.
• Strong guest engagement and ability to handle complaints confidently.
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
• Good food and beverage knowledge with upselling skills.
• Able to lead, train and motivate the team.
• Understand revenue, cost control and basic P&L.
• Able to manage manpower, roster and daily operations.
• Able to comply with Shangri-La's food safety, hygiene, and SOPs.

We're looking for an Assistant Outlet Manager or aspiring to be, required for our Food & Beverage Service Division.

Job Summary

The Assistant Outlet Manager is responsible for the daily operation and overall performance of the assigned outlet. The role includes managing the team, ensuring excellent guest service and product quality, delegating duties effectively, and ensuring smooth F&B operations. He/she is also responsible for ensuring all hotel procedures, food safety requirements, rules and regulations are consistently followed in line with Shangri-La standards and policies.

Job Requirement
