Job summary

VAT Group is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, multi-stream technology initiatives. You will drive end-to-end delivery of key IT projects as a senior leader in project execution and stakeholder alignment.

You will coordinate internal stakeholders, vendors and partners, manage scope, timeline and risks, and ensure project outcomes align with business priorities and governance across global locations.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years’ experience managing IT projects in mid- to large-scale environments.
• Ability to drive a project forward independently.
• Experience managing multi-stream projects with complex stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium- to large-scale IT projects across multiple business and IT streams.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners across global locations.
• Manage project scope, timeline, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder alignment activities.
• Maintain RAID logs and executive reporting.
• Ensure alignment with business priorities and governance.
• Support business case development and project intake.
• Coordinate transitions into operational support.
