Job summary

VAT Group is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, multi-stream technology initiatives. You will drive end-to-end delivery of key IT projects as a senior leader in project execution and stakeholder alignment.

In this role, you will lead medium- to large-scale IT projects across multiple business and IT streams, coordinating internal stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners across global locations.

Qualifications

• Min 5–7 years' experience of managing IT projects in mid- to large-scale environments.
• Ability to drive a project forward independently.
• Strong track record of managing multi-stream projects with complex stakeholder landscapes.

• Facilitate workshops, project meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder alignment activities.
• Proactively identify delivery risks and drive mitigation actions to keep projects on track.

In this role, you will drive the end-to-end delivery of key IT projects as a senior leader in project execution and stakeholder alignment.

Lead medium- to large-scale IT projects across multiple business and IT streams.

Manage diverse stakeholders at different levels, ensuring alignment, transparency, and structured communication.

Oversee project planning, execution, governance, and quality assurance.

Project Execution

Drive end-to-end delivery of Digital Workplace and enterprise IT initiatives from initiation through go-live and handover.

Coordinate internal stakeholders, business representatives, vendors, and implementation partners across global locations.

Manage project scope, timeline, risks, dependencies, and decision-making to ensure successful delivery outcomes.

Facilitate workshops, project meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder alignment activities.

Proactively identify delivery risks and drive mitigation actions to keep projects on track.

Maintain clear project plans, status updates, RAID logs, and executive reporting.

Ensure projects align with business priorities, portfolio governance, and available delivery capacity.

Support business case development, project intake, prioritization, and governance processes where required.

Coordinate project transitions into operational support and promote adoption of delivered solutions.

Contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices within the global IT organization.

Qualification

Min 5-7 years' experience of experience managing IT projects in mid- to large-scale environments.

Able to demonstrate capability to drive a project forward independently

Strong track record of managing multi-stream projects with complex stakeholder landscapes.

Skills & Knowledge

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across senior and operational levels.

Strong facilitation, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.

Tools

Strong affinity with digital workplace technologies, including Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled productivity solutions such as Microsoft Copilot.

Experience delivering projects related to Digital Workplace, Enterprise Service Management (ESM), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Collaboration Platforms, or similar business applications is considered an advantage.

Familiarity with SAP-based environments is beneficial.
