Konica Minolta Business Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd is seeking an IT Executive to manage IT infrastructure projects, oversee security policies, and coordinate with HQ on ISMS compliance.

The role requires hands-on experience in network operations and strong documentation habits. The successful candidate will handle router/firewall configurations, incident management, and security audits, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure system reliability and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree or Professional Certificate in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Industry-recognized certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or JNCIP are highly valued.
• 3–5 years of working experience in IT network and patches management services.
• Skills in IT infrastructure, ISMS policy, and hands-on SOP experience.
• Proficiency in English, Malay, Chinese, and Japanese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT management tasks including managing IT infrastructure projects and capex budgeting.
• Maintain network, server, database, and security deployments with change/incident management.
• Produce technical documentation for infrastructure, controls, and operations.
• Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless access points.
• Monitor network performance with tools like Wireshark/SolarWinds; troubleshoot to prevent downtime.
• Design scalable network architectures with redundancy and failover capabilities.
• Implement IT security measures and coordinate with HQ IT Security.
