Job summary

Konica Minolta Malaysia is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to maintain and manage our network, servers, databases, and security deployments. You will lead IT projects, assist capex budgeting, and deliver clear technical documentation.

The role covers IT security and compliance per ISMS ISO 27001:2013, incident handling, change management, and collaboration with HQ IT teams. Degree or certs required; CCNA/CCNP/JNCIP valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree or Professional Certificate in Information Technology or equivalent.
• CCNA, CCNP, or JNCIP are highly valued.
• 3–5 years of IT network and security management experience.
• Skills in IT infrastructure, ISMS policy, and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure projects and participate in capex budgeting.
• Maintain network, servers, databases, and security deployments.
• Provide change, incident, and problem management for IT systems.
• Document infrastructure and operations procedures clearly.
• Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs & wireless APs.
• Monitor network performance with tools like Wireshark/SolarWinds.
• Design scalable, redundant network architecture and security measures.
• Coordinate IT security risk assessments and ISMS compliance.
