Qualifications

• Degree in information technology or computer science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT management experience focusing on networks, servers, cybersecurity and compliance.
• Experience leading an operations management team within IT.
• Knowledge of IT systems hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Oversees planning, deployment and management of IT infrastructure components including networks, servers and storage.
• Collaborates with IT teams (application development, cybersecurity) to support new technologies.
• Manages day-to-day operational and project tasks within the IT Infrastructure team.
• Manages internal/external communications and serves as primary escalation contact for business issues.
• Assists with relationships with external organizations and suppliers.
