Qualifications

• ISO27001 security compliance knowledge beneficial.
• Strong knowledge in networking, server administration, and software troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with IT security best practices and implementing security measures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality IT support.
• Relevant certifications in IT or computer science (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) are highly desirable.
