Job summary

VC Engineering Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Project Supervisor to oversee and coordinate MEP works on advanced industrial projects in Kuala Lumpur. You will ensure compliance with schedule, quality, and safety while supporting project execution.

The role requires a Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering and 3–5 years' supervision experience in construction or industrial environments. CIDB certification and safety training are a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience supervising MEP works in construction, cleanroom, or industrial projects.
• Good understanding of MEP systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently at site and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiar with interpreting technical drawings and site installation requirements.
• Possess CIDB certification; safety certifications (e.g., NIOSH, ISO awareness) are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation to the project team.
• Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, material requisition, and work sequencing.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities for MEP systems.
