Job summary

PowTech Solution (M) Sdn. Bhd is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end systems analysis, design, and implementation of technology solutions that support critical business operations.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and vendors to translate complex requirements into scalable architectures, mentor teams, and drive delivery excellence across projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, IT project delivery, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing full project lifecycles from requirements through deployment.
• Good understanding of SDLC methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid).
• Experience with complex digital services or enterprise IT frameworks and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end systems analysis and design activities, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and solution architecture.
• Collaborate with business units to translate operational needs into functional and technical specs.
• Oversee system integration efforts ensuring interoperability between internal systems and external services.
• Manage and coordinate UAT, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project team members.
• Monitor system performance and drive improvements for reliability, security, and scalability.
• Prepare and maintain BRDs, functional specs, system design documents, and test plans.
• Manage vendor and system integrator relationships, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
