Job summary

MytePro is seeking a Senior Solution & Delivery Manager based in Kuala Lumpur to lead PropTech digital solutions and project governance. You will bridge clients, China R&D, and regional stakeholders to ensure scope, quality, and timelines are met.

You will oversee PMO governance across ERP-like enterprise solutions, drive delivery excellence, and support Southeast Asia scaling with strong English and Mandarin communication.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of professional experience in PropTech, digital marketing, or enterprise solution delivery.
• Strong client-facing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects across countries and functions.
• Good understanding ERP solutions for real estate.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution delivery for PropTech product lines.
• Act as PMO to govern project scope, milestones, budgets, and timelines across multiple enterprise-level implementations.
• Manage client communications and ensure requirements are captured, analyzed, and translated into deliverables.
• Coordinate closely with China-based development teams to track progress and resolve challenges.
• Oversee delivery governance, ensuring projects are executed to a high standard and meet customer satisfaction KPIs.
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of delivery frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
• Support business growth by ensuring successful reference projects and scaling delivery across Southeast Asia.
