Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, IT project delivery, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing full project lifecycles from requirements through deployment.
• Good understanding of SDLC methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid).
• Experience with complex digital services or enterprise IT frameworks and standards.

Responsibilities

Senior Project Manager, Systems & IT Delivery

We're hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end systems analysis, design, and implementation of technology solutions that support critical business operations. If you love translating complex business needs into scalable systems, leading technical teams, and driving delivery excellence, this role is for you.

You'll work with business stakeholders, developers, and vendors to design robust solutions, oversee integration efforts, manage UAT, and provide technical leadership. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone with strong systems thinking, hands-on technical depth, and the ability to mentor teams and drive organizational improvement.

This is a fixed-term contract role

What You’ll Do

Lead end-to-end systems analysis and design activities, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and solution architecture

Collaborate with business units to understand operational needs and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications

Oversee system integration efforts, ensuring seamless interoperability between internal systems and external digital services

Manage and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project team members

Monitor system performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive initiatives to enhance reliability, security, and scalability

Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation (BRDs, functional specifications, system design documents, test plans)

Manage relationships with external vendors and system integrators, ensuring deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget

Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices; proactively identify opportunities to apply them.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of relevant experience in systems analysis, IT project delivery, or related field, preferably in large enterprise or organizational environments

Demonstrated experience managing full project lifecycles, from requirements gathering through deployment and post-implementation support

Good understanding of SDLC methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid)

Experience working on complex digital services or familiarity with enterprise IT frameworks and standards

Strong team player who takes initiative and brings a positive attitude that motivates others

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related discipline from a recognized university

Demonstrated technical competency in required programming languages and development frameworks
