Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in software/system development, preferably with supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Good knowledge of software development, database management, system integration and application support.
• Strong understanding of the system development life cycle (SDLC), testing and implementation processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and project coordination skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development, enhancement, implementation and maintenance of the company’s systems.
• Determine system architecture, technical feasibility, development approach, integration and appropriate technical solutions.
• Plan and monitor technical tasks, resources, timelines and deliverables in coordination with the Operations Manager and Business Analyst.
• Ensure systems meet technical, functionality, performance, security and quality requirements before deployment.
• Oversee troubleshooting, system issues, bug fixing and technical support provided to clients/users.
• Provide technical input for client requirements, proposals and system enhancements, while keeping abreast of relevant technologies and development practices.
