Job summary

ECO Group of Companies is seeking a Project Manager for interior fit-out/renovation projects in Selangor. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, coordinate schedules, resources, and vendor communications to ensure timely delivery and profitability.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to travel or be stationed outstation as needed, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Interiors Fit-Out/renovation or related field.
• Candidate must be initiative-driven, responsible, hardworking and able to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; willing to travel/outstation as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all construction activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify tasks and risks from bidding through project implementation to completion.
• Develop and manage cost estimates and budgets including initial and detailed estimates.
• Lead construction teams to meet deadlines and budget goals.
• Analyze monthly construction schedule updates and develop progress payments.
