Qualifications

• Five years of total experience in recruitment and/or candidate sourcing.
• IT recruitment experience preferred, especially in engineering roles; strong Sales and BD sourcing experience welcome.
• Agency recruitment experience preferred but not essential; in-house recruitment experience welcome.
• Ability to independently handle mid-level to manager-level recruitment assignments.
• English communication skills for client discussions, candidate interviews, and coordination.
• Mandarin communication skills are required for coordinating with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Applicants must be able to work in Malaysia without employer-sponsored visa support.

About the role

We are hiring an experienced recruiter, preferably with strong IT recruitment experience, particularly in engineering roles. Candidates with substantial experience sourcing Sales and Business Development professionals are also welcome.

This is a hands-on, 270-degree recruitment role covering mid-level to manager-level positions. New client acquisition and service agreements are handled by the CEO.

People management is not required.

About you

• At least five years of total experience in recruitment and/or candidate sourcing.
• IT recruitment experience is preferred, especially recruiting engineers. Strong Sales and BD sourcing experience is also welcome; both specialisms are not required.
• Recruitment agency experience is preferred but not essential. In-house recruitment experience is welcome.
• Ability to independently handle mid-level to manager-level recruitment assignments.
• English communication skills for client discussions, candidate interviews and recruitment coordination.
• Mandarin communication skills are required for discussing hiring requirements and coordinating recruitment with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Initiative, accountability and a genuine interest in candidates' long-term careers.

Salary

Base Salary: RM 5,000 – RM 8,000 / month + Performance Incentives
