The role requires a mechanical/HVAC/electrical background with 3–5 years of direct industrial machinery sales experience and fluent English. You will develop strategies, prepare tenders, and drive growth with integrity and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, HVAC, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• 3-5 years of direct sales experience in industrial machinery.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsabilités

• Manage accounts and build strong customer relationships to understand their needs.
• Provide tailored solutions within our pricing framework.
• Prepare tenders and lead negotiations to secure profitable orders while ensuring payment collection.
• Deliver monthly sales reports to management and track performance.
• Identify customer needs, generate leads and build long-term relationships.
• Monitor competitor activities and report insights to enhance market position.
• Manage BMS projects to deliver effective customer solutions.
• Adhere to Johnson Controls policies and procedures with integrity.
