Job summary

Mediaocean is seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Consultant in Kuala Lumpur to lead customer engagements, oversee implementations, training, data setup, and conversions, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.

You will act as a system expert, collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams, manage migrations, document configurations, and contribute to product adoption while staying current with Mediaocean direction.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in consulting, customer service or working in an advertising agency in a Finance / Shared Services team.
• Tertiary qualifications in Advertising, Accounting, Business or a related field.
• Strong financial acumen, with foundational knowledge and practical experience in financial principles, analysis and commercial reporting.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead customer implementations, migrations, and professional service engagements across the Mediaocean platform suite.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and requirements gathering activities.
• Deliver regular internal and external status updates, highlighting key accomplishments and risks
• Advise customers on software configuration and best practices.
• Provide product training, pre-sales and post-sales application-related activities and escalated application support/hypercare in accordance with internal guidelines and policies.
• Work closely with Customer Engagement teams to facilitate a seamless transition from implementation to product adoption.
• Manage and track project progress, ensuring on-time and budget-aligned execution.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of in-progress product development, product vision and Mediaocean direction.
• Maintain implementation, configuration and training documentation relevant to Mediaocean products as required.
• Participate in internal user acceptance testing (UAT) as needed.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the media/advertising industry and trends within the industry
