Job summary

Client, a leading technology and services provider for payment gateways, seeks a Lead Implementation Consultant to drive end-to-end implementations and client engagements in Kuala Lumpur. You will work across Procure-to-Pay, Sourcing-to-Contracts, and SRM, translating requirements into technical specs with the development team.

You will lead configuration, use SQL for troubleshooting, contribute to testing, and support go-live delivery and client training, with travel about 20% regionally.

Qualifications

• Min 6 years of SDLC experience in payment, procurement, finance or supply chain modules.
• Experience with SQL and database configurations.
• Strong client relationship skills with executives.
• Willingness to travel regionally (~20%).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations of procure-to-pay, sourcing-to-contracts, and SRM.
• Collaborate with client during design; translate requirements to specs with dev team.
• Demonstrate product to client.
• Configure the solution from the user interface.
• Use SQL to troubleshoot and configure.
• Debug issues, perform root-cause analysis, resolve defects.
• Contribute to testing efforts.
• Oversee delivery and deployment plans for go-lives.
• Assist client with user training.
