Job summary

Mediaocean in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Consultant to lead and manage project service engagements, including consulting, implementations, training, data setup, and conversions. You will ensure onboarding success and manage scope, budget, and timeline.

You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver optimized solutions, provide training, and support throughout the product adoption lifecycle, while maintaining strong relationships and project governance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in consulting, customer service or working in an advertising agency in a Finance / Shared Services team.
• Tertiary qualifications in Advertising, Accounting, Business or a related field.
• Strong financial acumen, with foundational knowledge and practical experience in financial principles, analysis and commercial reporting.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage customer implementations, migrations, and professional service engagements across the Mediaocean platform suite.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and requirements gathering activities.
• Deliver regular internal and external status updates, highlighting key accomplishments and risks.
• Advise customers on software configuration and best practices.
• Provide product training, pre-sales and post-sales application-related activities and escalated support as needed.
• Collaborate with Customer Engagement teams to ensure smooth transition from implementation to product adoption.
