Hunters International Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor specializing in HVAC/ACMV for major commercial and institutional projects. You will lead cost estimation, tender evaluation, contract administration, and ensure delivery on budget and schedule.

The role requires at least 7 years as a QS with 5 years in HVAC/ACMV, strong knowledge of Malaysian regulations, and hands-on site experience, with RM 2 million+ project values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years as Quantity Surveyor with at least 5 years in HVAC/ACMV projects.
• Experience managing tender processes, cost estimation, and contract administration on multiple HVAC/ACMV projects valued at RM 2 million and above.
• Experience with Malaysian building regulations and project delivery methodologies.
• Hands-on involvement in site inspections and progress monitoring of mechanical systems.

Responsabilités

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and preliminary budgets for HVAC/ACMV installations.
• Evaluate tenders; prepare documents, specs, and BOQ for mechanical systems.
• Analyse quotations and report cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Monitor expenditures, manage variations, and certify progress payments.
