• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch technicians for servicing, PM, and breakdowns; plan schedules.
• Oversee project execution from award to handover; review proposals and VO.
• Manage office flow: invoicing, job orders, documentation; report to leadership.
• Ensure compliance records and safety documentation are maintained.
