Job summary

Double K Air Conditioning & Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (ACMV) to handle tender preparation, cost estimation, and project cost control for ACMV systems on commercial and industrial projects.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or Mechanical Engineering with at least 2 years of ACMV tendering or costing experience, and the ability to read drawings and prepare BQ under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of ACMV tendering or project costing experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tender documents, BQ, and cost breakdown for ACMV projects.
• Evaluate material take-offs, supplier quotations, and subcontractor pricing.
• Liaise with engineers and clients to ensure accurate technical and financial documentation.
• Assist management in project cost monitoring and variation order evaluation.
