Job summary

Hydroball Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a qualified professional to manage cost estimations and budgets for HVAC/project works. The role involves procurement negotiations, contract administration, and monthly progress claims, ensuring alignment with technical drawings and client requirements.

Ideal candidates will have M&E/HVAC experience, strong procurement skills, and the ability to coordinate with teams and clients to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical and engineering (M&E) or HVAC systems.
• Strong knowledge of procurement and vendor management.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and preparing cost estimates.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and with clients.

Responsibilities

• Cost Management & Estimation: Prepare, manage, and monitor project budgets, cost estimations, and Bills of Quantities (BQ).
• Contract Negotiation & Procurement: Source, evaluate, and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers for best prices and specifications.
• Contract Administration: Review tender documents, manage client contracts, handle variations or claims.
• Progress Monitoring: Calculate, prepare, and submit monthly progress claims and reports.
• Technical Coordination: Interpret architectural plans and drawings to ensure accuracy in project delivery.
