You should have 8–10 years in HVAC/ACMV, with project and servicing experience, and a diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services. Strong leadership and client-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in HVAC/ACMV with project and servicing ops.
• Experience managing a technician team and daily dispatch.
• Experience handling budgets or P&L.
• Strong ACMV technical grounding; able to read drawings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day dispatch of technicians for servicing, PM, and breakdowns.
• Manage projects from award through handover, including budgeting and variation orders.
• Coordinate office workflow: job orders, invoicing, documentation.
• Lead and develop technicians and back-office staff; ensure compliance and audits.
