Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management (RICS preferred).
• HVAC/ACMV design and operations training or certification.
• At least 7 years as a Quantity Surveyor, with 5+ years in HVAC/ACMV projects > RM2 million.
• Experience with commercial, institutional, or industrial HVAC installations and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for HVAC/ACMV installations.
• Evaluate tenders, prepare documents, and bills of quantities for mechanical systems.
• Analyse quotations and report cost-saving opportunities while ensuring quality.
• Negotiate contracts with HVAC/ACMV contractors and suppliers.
