As a Senior Human Resource & Administration Executive, you will be responsible for managing the organisation's human resource and administrative functions. You will be responsible for developing, managing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives. This includes recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, and HR analytics.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing recruitment and selection: Identifying the hiring needs, creating job descriptions, posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
Managing employee relations: Handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution that is compliant with labor laws and regulations.
Managing performance management: Setting performance goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback to employees.
Managing compensation and benefits: Conducting market research, creating salary structures, and administering benefits programs.
Managing HR analytics: Analyzing employee turnover, retention, and engagement, monitoring staff daily attendance, leave and medical claim records.
Managing administrative functions: Handling assets & facilities management, vendor management, and office administration and organizing office activities (renovations, meetings, sports, family days, event planning etc.).
Managing employee development: Identifying employee training and development needs and creating programs to address those needs.
Managing payroll processing: Ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions, and complying with statutory requirements including salary disbursement, overpayment recovery, leave management and reporting are accurate and delivered within appropriate time frames and comply with relevant legislation.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT TO POSITION HOLDER:
Qualification
Candidate must possess at least a Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
Must be willing to work on alternate Saturdays
Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience including Recruitment, Payroll, HR Policies & Procedures and Office Management.
Well versed with KWSP, PERKESO, HRDCORP, PRS.
Experienced in an IT Industry is an advantage.
Skills
Well-versed with Malaysian Labor Laws;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to work autonomously.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
