Fintos Venture Group Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR & Admin Executive / Senior Executive in Malaysia to oversee complete HR operations and admin functions.
The role covers full-cycle payroll, talent acquisition, employee relations, policy governance, culture initiatives, and office administration across multi-entity setups. A relevant degree with 2–4 years' experience is preferred, with strong English and Bahasa Melayu skills.

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive / Senior Executive to oversee full-spectrum HR operations and administrative functions.
End-to-End Payroll: Independently process full-cycle payroll including managing OT, claims, commissions, leaves, and allowances. Ensure timely and accurate statutory remittances including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and HRDF.
Talent Acquisition & Lifecycle: Drive the complete recruitment process for both technical and non-technical roles. Oversee onboarding, probations, internal transfers, offboarding, and mandatory statutory LHDN reporting.
Employee Relations & Performance: Act as the primary HR contact for grievance resolution, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions in strict compliance with the Employment Act 1955.
Policy & Governance: Develop, enforce, and review HR policies, SOPs, and the Employee Handbook. Maintain highly accurate and confidential HR databases to support internal audits.
Culture & Engagement: Cultivate a positive workplace culture by coordinating company-wide events, townhalls, welfare initiatives, and the company newsletter.
Office Administration: Direct daily office administration, manage IT equipment and company assets, and liaise with external stakeholders such as Company Secretaries, auditors, insurance providers, and vendors.
Possess a Bachelor's Degree or Master's in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
Minimum 2 to 4 years of proven hands-on experience in full-spectrum HR and Office Administration (candidates with more experience will be considered for the Senior role).
Strong, practical experience in multi-entity payroll processing and statutory submissions is mandatory.
In-depth knowledge of the Employment Act 1955 and LHDN reporting requirements.
Professional proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and modern HR tech/AI tools.
