Job summary

HR Discovery is seeking a Senior Executive Sales Consultant to engage prospects and present HRMS solutions. You will demonstrate how digital HR, payroll automation, attendance systems, and Talent modules can streamline client operations.

Responsibilities include identifying leads, conducting demos, managing the sales cycle, and maintaining accurate records while building strong client relationships to drive repeat business.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales or client-facing experience (HRMS experience is a strong advantage).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in presenting digital solutions to HR and Finance stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Basic understanding of HR processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads for HRMS solutions.
• Conduct product demos and present tailored proposals to HR, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities.
• Build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Provide market feedback to improve product positioning and solution offerings.
• Support the Enterprise Sales Manager in executing sales strategies.
