Job summary

Workday, Inc. is seeking an experienced HCM Solution Consultant to join our sales team in a flexible work environment. You will partner with Account Executives to engage prospects, deliver discovery, and present impactful demonstrations that illustrate how Workday’s enterprise cloud addresses HR and financial needs.

You will lead with a focus on AI-powered demonstrations, driving complex sales cycles and collaborating with product teams to advocate for customer success and transformation.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in Pre-Sales or Sales Consulting (SaaS/AI platforms)
• Deep functional knowledge of Human Capital Management
• Understanding of AI, ML in enterprise platforms
• Excellent communication in English and Vietnamese at C-level level
• Ability to manage multiple complex sales cycles and adapt to product changes

• Discovery & Strategy: map requirements to Workday differentiators.
• Advanced Demonstrations: deliver compelling full-HCM demos.

• Collaborative Sales: partner with executives to build the business case.
• Market Insight: monitor AI roadmap and acquisitions to stay competitive.
• RFP/RFI responses and solution overviews creation.
• Prepare and conduct product demonstrations showing value and expectations.
