Job summary

MR DIY International in Malaysia seeks an experienced Senior Assistant Manager, HR Business Partner to join the HR team. You will partner with business leaders, HR COEs and HR Operations to drive priorities and strengthen processes across the organisation.

This hands-on role requires strong stakeholder management, communication, and a proactive approach to HR transformation in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help enhance employee experience and alignment with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–8 years of HR experience, ideally as HRBP or generalist.
• Experience in retail, FMCG or fast-paced environments is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate priorities into people solutions.
• Design and improve core HR processes, workflows and guidelines.
