Job summary

Adecco Outsourcing Recruitment in Malaysia seeks a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to align HR and talent strategies with business goals in Manjung, Perak. You will partner with business leaders, drive organizational health initiatives, and deliver proactive HR programs across recruitment, onboarding, performance, learning, recognition and culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 - 8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and operations.
• Strong business acumen combined with interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proven track record of partnering with business leaders to drive strategic and operational HR initiatives.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage employee life cycle – Talent Acquisition, On-boarding, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Rewards & Recognition, Employee Engagement and Culture Building.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements.
• Drive innovative HR interventions to enhance employee experience and create an engaged and high performing organization.
• Collaborate with shared services centers to ensure seamless HR operations.
• Proactively identify and address business and people challenges.
• Build and strengthen HR capabilities within the team.
• Oversees and executes implementation of HR and/or business initiative in assigned business groups.
• Handle other projects, duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Role Summary

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is the primary resource to create alignment between Human Resource and Talent strategy and business strategy. The HRBP is aligned to business units, business leaders, and/or functions to provide HR expertise and consulting for building organizational capability to achieve current and future business objectives through the development of proactive Human Resources strategy and practices. The HRBP drives and influences key organizational health and engagement initiatives with the business and provides advice, counsel and executes key initiatives. The HRBP effectively manages and resolves complex employee relations issues, resolution and investigations, performance management, talent/succession planning, 360 feedback with a focus on leadership development and developing and implementing strategic and tactical initiatives that drive and support desired short and long-term business goals and objectives.
