Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a HR management role, preferably in manufacturing or services.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices and talent management strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures and best practices that support the company's business objectives.
• Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, training and development of employees.
• Manage employee relations, including performance management, grievance handling and disciplinary proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Administer employee benefits, compensation and payroll.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify and address HR-related needs.
• Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics to drive continuous improvement.
