Job summary

SHINING 3D Latam is seeking an HR business partner to align HR strategies with business objectives in Malaysia, partnering with factory management to drive people initiatives and a positive work culture.

You will manage the full employee lifecycle, coordinate with HQ to align local policies, handle grievances, support training, prepare HR reports, and ensure compliance with Malaysian laws. Base location: Selangor, Malaysia. English and Malay fluency required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or generalist role, preferably in a manufacturing or multinational environment.
• Solid knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Malay.
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Base location: Malaysia.
