Job summary

RHB Group is seeking an accomplished HR Business Partner Lead in Kuala Lumpur to translate business strategy into integrated people plans that drive productivity and capability.

You will partner senior business leaders to shape workforce strategy, organisation effectiveness and culture across a complex portfolio, leading transformation workstreams and developing HRBPs to be trusted strategic advisers.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of progressive HR experience with HRBP leadership in a large, complex org.
• Experience partnering senior leaders on workforce strategy, org design and leadership decisions.
• Experience in workforce planning, succession planning and talent strategy.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into integrated people plans that strengthen productivity and performance.
• Lead strategic workforce planning, including critical-role assessment and talent mobility.
• Advise on organisation design, spans and layers, operating model changes, restructures and productivity.
• Shape skills-based talent strategies to accelerate internal mobility and hiring.
• Use workforce data to anticipate people risks and measure impact of interventions.
• Lead the people workstream for major transformation with effective governance and communication.
• Strengthen leadership effectiveness, performance culture, inclusion and wellbeing.
• Develop HRBPs to become commercially astute advisors.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver high-quality people solutions.
