Cosmx Technology Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Kedah invites a Senior Human Resources Executive to join our HR team on a full-time basis in Karangan. This role shapes our HR strategy and drives key talent initiatives.

You will lead recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and onboarding while ensuring compliance with Malaysia’s employment regulations. A Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years HR experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with 2-3 years in a senior capacity.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience in recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.
• Proficiency in HR information systems and MS Office.
• Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) desirable.
• Experience in technology or fast-paced industries is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and laws.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment including analysis, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive positioning.
• Lead training and development initiatives to enhance skills and engagement.
• Maintain personnel records with data confidentiality and compliance.
• Conduct HR audits and analytics to identify trends and improvements.
• Provide strategic HR guidance to senior management.
• Manage employee relations issues, grievances, and disputes professionally.
• Support workplace health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives.
