Job summary

KES International Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an HR Executive to provide operational support across HR functions, collaborating with employees and line managers to deliver timely, accurate HR services.

Key duties include recruitment, compensation & benefits, TMS, performance management, and employee relations, plus data reporting and PDPA compliance. Minimum 2 years of HR experience and a degree/diploma in HRM or equivalent are required.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• 2+ years of related HR experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Malaysian labour laws and PDPA.
• Experience with recruitment, payroll support, and employee records.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support across all HR functions.
• Collaborate with employees and managers to deliver timely HR services.
• Assist Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, TMS, Performance Management, and Employee Relations.
• Support HR metrics reporting, labour surveys, and ISO documentation.
• Process foreign worker permits and payroll-related documentation.
• Assist in training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure PDPA compliance and maintain accurate employee records.
• Contribute to monthly HR reports and data governance.
